Lori Bolton, MS Ed.
Assistant Director, Practice Education and Career Services
Lori Bolton, M.S.Ed., serves as the assistant director of Practice Education and Career Services. She has 8 years experience providing students with career resources including internship and placement opportunities, workshops on career related issues, and individual counseling. She primarily advises students in the MPH program who are looking to fulfill their practicum requirements as well as students facing graduation who are ready to begin their careers.
Her background includes coordinating placement for third-year medical students in their ambulatory medicine clerkship at the College of Medicine. Prior to that, Lori was the career services coordinator at the OSU Marion campus, where she was responsible for establishing and developing their career services program. She was also the director of student services for Capital University’s adult degree program. She received her Master of Science in Education with a focus in student services counseling from the University of Dayton. Her Bachelor of Science in Business is from Wright State University.
When the weather turns nice, you can find Lori sailing on her 18-foot catamaran at Alum Creek. She also enjoys playing with her 7-year-old beagle, Besame, and the outdoors.
