Management and Supervisory Courses
This series of courses entitled, Managing the Moment, Leading the Future, is based on a program called Supervisor Training to Enhance Performance (STEP) and has been adapted with permission from The Ohio State University’s Office of Human Resources. These courses are designed for new and experienced supervisors working in public health. The courses will help managers and supervisors: build capacity to manage, plan for performance, improve performance, and respond to workplace challenges.
