Detailed Registration Steps
1. To register for courses, search for Course ID 1015235
2. Click on ‘Program Title’
3. Click on the Registration tab
4. Click on Register for Conference
5. Click on Add box beside the desired course name, select credit type [Academic Credit (must be currently enrolled at Ohio State), CHES, CNE (nursing), Certificate of Attendance, Social Workers, or Registered Sanitarians]. Credit does not refer to payment method.
6. Click on Add to add additional courses or scroll to bottom of page
7. Click Next, enter responses to the required additional questions
8. Click Next, confirm your personal information
9. Click Next, review course selection(s)
10. On the ‘Registration Pending’ page, scroll to bottom, click Complete Registration. You will receive an electronic confirmation with your course selection(s) and a ‘Payment Form’. Please submit the payment form with your payment or payment information or pay with a credit card using the URL provided in the confirmation message. Your registration status should be In Progress, if all registration steps have been completed successfull |
