Course Fees
$675 – week long courses without evening laboratory sessions
$775 – week long courses with evening laboratory
$270 – Two-day Methods in Obesity Research short course
$405 – Three-day Scientific Writing for Statisticians short course
Fee Support
The College of Public Health is actively pursuing external support for this program. Fee support in the form of full or partial scholarships may become available for qualified participants. Even if you believe that you will be awarded a scholarship, you must still register on TRAIN.

Registration
There is an $80.00 non-refundable registration fee per person for all registrations.
Note: Once you click on the registration tab, you are registered for the program,
but not for a course.
Payment
Payment instructions will be included with your OhioTRAIN registration confirmation. Online payment by credit card is available.
Deadlines and Late Fees
The deadline for registration is Monday, June 22, 2009.
A late fee of $150.00 will be charged to all registrations submitted after June 22, 2009.
No registrations will be accepted after Monday, June 29, 2009.
Refunds
All persons who withdraw will be charged the $80.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Refund requests will not be honored if received Wednesday, July 1, 2008 or later.
To avoid paying the course fee, remember to withdraw from the Summer Program
as possible if you do not plan to attend. |
